Because of the changing weather conditions in recent months, tulips are growing faster than last year. Therefore, it was decided to start Tulip Route Flevoland earlier. Sunday, April 7, will be the first day visitors can drive the auto routes.

Do you prefer to take the bike? Bike routes will also soon be available on the Tulip Route Flevoland website. Four bicycle routes are available around Dronten, Swifterbant, Lelystad and Zeewolde at the Route Maps. No ticket is required for these routes.

Ticket sales open
Tickets for the car routes can be purchased through the ticket shop on the Tulip Route Flevoland website. The trails offer not only breathtaking views of the colorful flower fields, but also activities at local business owners to explore and enjoy. To participate in the car routes, participants use the Tulip Route Flevoland App, which navigates them during the drive and provides them with interesting facts about the tulips and the surrounding area along the way via an audio tour.

Note!
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience of Tulip Route Flevoland for visitors and participating businesses, please implement the following:

  • Download the latest version of Tulip Route App from the appropriate app store
  • Remove the automatic screen lock from the phone
  • Test sound settings via the phone or Bluetooth connection in the car
  • Start the route only at the start location, not before!
  • Do not deviate from the route
  • If there is a Tulip flag on the side of the road, you are permitted to enter the grounds.
  • It is forbidden to enter the tulip fields

Safety
At the starting location, participants will receive a participation sticker, which must be prominently displayed on the dashboard or car window. This sticker serves as approval to participate in the drive over the destination roads.

To ensure a smooth experience and avoid crowds at various locations along the routes, time slots are used in the app. This will ensure the safety of all participants and stakeholders on and along the routes.
