Celebrate Tulip Time

On Saturday, April 12, we will celebrate the start of The Tulip Season. During the period when the tulips come into bloom, there are plenty of activities in the outlying area and the cores.

• On April 12, the first Tulip Time Saturday, downtown Lelystad will be buzzing with Tulip Time activities. Visit the Tulip Art Route, discover all the delicious things Flevopolder has to offer at the regional market and get carried away by music and word art on the Tulip Kick stage. Children can test their climbing skills on the 8-meter high climbing wing of Zwaan outdoor sports.
• On April 19, celebrate the second Tulip Season Saturday at Suydersee Shopping Center in Dronten. Discover all the delicious and blooming things Flevopolder has to offer at the regional and plant market, pick a fresh bunch of tulips for home during the Tulip Picking Route and and visit the cycling race or the Dikke bandenrace on the Meerpaalplein.

Together with our volunteers, we work hard every year to create a new edition of this colorful festival of flowers. During this period, countless visitors from all over the country and the world will again flock to Flevoland to visit our fields.
