On Saturday, April 4, the tulip season will erupt with the opening of the TulpenKunstRoute in downtown Almere.
At noon, Alderman Maaike Veeningen will officially open this tulip art exhibition by Flevoland artists. The exhibition has been put together with care, in collaboration with art workshop De Witte Olifant from Almere.
There will also be a cozy regional market this day, the young creatives of SALTY will give a workshop “painting on the street,” and there will be music. Children can show off their climbing skills on the 8-meter-high Swan Klimwiek. For three weeks, art lovers can get inspired.
Accompanying the route, like last year, is again an audio tour. The free audio tour will be available for free in the IziTravel route app from April 4 under the title: Tulip Art Route edition Almere.
