All driving routes have an audio tour that tells you all about what you see in the area and what there is to do. It also includes fun Tulip music.
These are our routes in 2026:
- 2 driving routes (at €6). You need one ticket per car.
- 4 free bicycle routes
- 2 free hiking trails
Here’s how it works.
How do you purchase and use your driving route?
Option 1
Purchase through the Tulip Route Flevoland website
- Download and open the izi.TRAVEL app on your phone.
- Create an account.
- Go to the Routes page and choose your driving route.
- Click Buy and complete payment (log in or create an account if necessary).
- You will receive a confirmation email with instructions at the email address you used.
- Go to My Tours → Purchases and open your tour.
- Click View tour → Start tour and begin.
- Note: start at the starting point, as this is where you will get the sticker to join the tour.
- Tip: Download/cache the tour (preferably via Wi-Fi, especially if the connection is poor).
Option 2
Buy directly from the izi.TRAVEL app
- Open the izi.TRAVEL app.
- Use the search function and type Autoroute EAST or Autoroute WEST.
- Select the appropriate tour from the results.
- Click Buy and complete payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Go to My Tours → Purchases and open your tour.
- Click View tour → Start tour.
- Download/cache the tour (preferably via Wi-Fi).
Troubleshooting
See below for frequently asked questions and answers regarding the purchase and use of itineraries through iziTravel.
Tickets & izi.TRAVEL-app
- Open the izi.TRAVEL app.
- Go to Menu → Activate Tour.
- Log in or create an account.
- Enter the code exactly and click Activate.
- Go to My Tours → Purchases; your tour is now listed there.
- Click View tour → Start tour.
- Download/cache the tour (preferably via Wi-Fi).
No, we do not give refunds. That is administratively impossible to do. We also do not give refunds if you yourself decide not to use your ticket for any reason.
Many people are excited after doing the route, but forget to write a review. Unfortunately, people with a negative experience leave more often. Therefore, your positive reaction helps us tremendously! A short comment is already very valuable. A few words about your experience or what you liked is enough!
It’s very simple! Just follow these steps:
- Log in to the Izi Travel app or via the website.
- Go to the route you walked or drove.
- Click on the yellow asterisk on the right side of the route opening page.
- Enter the number of stars, your name and a brief comment if you wish.
Please note that the name you enter will also be visible in the review.
If you speak to happy people along the way, or know someone who came back from a tour excited, encourage them to post a review as well. And, of course, you may leave one yourself. 😊
Unable to write a review?
It may be:
- You have not walked or started the route (yet).
- You haven’t played any part of the audio yet (playback at home also counts).
Tip: write your review somewhere else first (such as in your notes), so you can easily copy it should the upload not work right away.
Did you accidentally buy the same itinerary twice on the IziTravel website or app? If so, you can report this to iziTravel and ask for a refund. Good to know: Tulpenroute Flevoland cannot process refunds itself. Refunds can only be arranged through IziTravel.
What can you do?
Contact IziTravel via the app:
- Open the IziTravel app.
- Go to the account or section where you purchased the route(s).
- There, use the contact form or help screen to contact IziTravel directly.
- Logging into the IziTravel app
- Select menu at top left
- Choose Help and Feedback
- Send Feedback
- Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
- Indicate that you think you accidentally bought two tickets and ask for a refund on the ticket you didn’t use.
Why through the app?
This allows IziTravel to easily view your purchase information and process your request more quickly.
First, make sure you’ve downloaded the right app. The official IziTravel app is available in the App Store and Google Play. Do you have the right app, but it still doesn’t work? If so, try restarting the app or contact IziTravel for support.
This is the correct logo for the IziTravel app.
Check your spam/unwanted mail and check the e-mail address you used. Sometimes there is a delay. Also check directly in the app at “My Tours → Purchases.” Still nothing? Contact us through the app.
Make sure you are logged in with the exact same account as when you purchased or entered the code. Refresh the list or just log out and back in.
Tickets for the car tours with accompanying audio tour will be available through the website from Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and cost €6. The biking and hiking trails are free.
Check for typos and that you are logged in with the correct account. Does the problem persist? Contact us via the app.
You are probably using a different login method (e.g. Apple vs email). Log out and in again using the same method as when you purchased.
You can checkout your car route easily and securely using iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, Visa or Mastercard . During checkout, choose the payment method that works best for you and complete your purchase immediately.
Make sure location access is on for the app, GPS is active and battery saver is off.
Use a stable Wi-Fi connection, check that you have enough storage, and restart the app.
